Love it—or your money back.

If your Twilmere purchase isn’t right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return for a refund of the product price you paid.

You’re welcome to try your item. Normal use does not disqualify it from our satisfaction guarantee, and original packaging is not required.

Return required. No restocking fee. Customers pay return shipping for satisfaction returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email twilmeresupport@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase. You may share feedback, but an explanation is not required to use the satisfaction guarantee.

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before shipping anything back, and do not send returns to the address on your parcel unless we confirm it.

Clean the item before returning it, and package it securely.

BUNDLES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted Twilmere items are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.

To receive a full refund for a multi-pack or set, return every item in it. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts, not a crossed-out or regular price.

REFUND TIMING

We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving your eligible return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Refunds include applicable taxes paid on the returned items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact twilmeresupport@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos, if available.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. If the full order is returned because of our error, we will also refund the original shipping charge.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We will accommodate requests when fulfillment has not progressed too far. If your order has already shipped, our return policy applies.
